What Trump Doesn't Know

I swear...You could fill up a book with all the things that Donald Trump does not know about anything that doesn't center around himself..

I was recently listening to him talk about "Obamacare" ,the name right wing Republicans have given to the Affordable Care Act...

During an interview with Fox News,(I know...I've got to stop watching this station...I really do.) Donald Trump humiliated himself by appearing to have no idea what Obamacare, or what the law does. Not really surprising...

He said that he doesn't use Obamacare much because it's so bad and that the people forced to use it can't afford it and that the country can't afford it...

He said that next year it is going to be one of the biggest line items next to defense  in our budget...

That’s not what the Affordable Care Act is. Donald Trump seems to think that the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is some kind of insurance plan that people buy.

There is no such thing as Obamacare insurance. The Affordable Care Act is a law that reformed the US health insurance system. The insurance plans are provided in a competitive marketplace by private insurance companies.

The Republican nominee for president appears to know none of this. Mr. Trump has admitted that he gets all of his news from conservative and conspiracy news sites on the Internet, so it isn’t a shock that he has no idea what Obamacare is, or what the Affordable Care Act actually does. Neither do many if not all of his supporters...

Mr. Trump didn’t have a choice on participating in Obamacare because the Affordable Care Act   is a law, not a program or a product.

The Republican Party has nominated an embarrassment to be the next President Of The United States who doesn’t understand the basic laws of the country. (Those that are honest know it...Ask Paul Ryan in private...He'll tell you.)

It is obvious now why Donald Trump doesn’t have any policies and never speaks of having any. In order to have policies, a candidate must first understand the nation’s problems and the current laws.

Donald Trump is blissfully ignorant on all fronts.

Every time he opens his mouth, Mr. Trump reminds voters of why he should never be president.

Like I said. You could fill up a book with all the things that Donald Trump does not know.

Weekend Humor

So....

A blonde wanted to go ice fishing. She'd seen many books on the subject, and finally, after getting all the necessary "tools" together, she headed for the nearest frozen lake.

After positioning her comfy footstool, she started to make a circular cut in the ice.

Suddenly---from the sky---a voice boomed, "THERE ARE NO FISH UNDER THE ICE!"

Startled, the blonde moved further down the ice, poured a Thermos of cappuccino, and began to cut yet another hole.

Again, from the heavens, the voice bellowed, "THERE ARE NO FISH UNDER THE ICE!"

The Blonde, now quite worried, moved way down to the opposite end of the ice, set up her stool, and tried again to cut her hole.

The voice came once more. "THERE ARE NO FISH UNDER THE ICE!"

She stopped, looked skyward, and said, "Is that you, God?"

The voice replied, "NO, THIS IS THE MANAGER OF THE ICE RINK."

Everybody have a cool weekend!

Fascinated With Sex

I am not and have never been a fan of Megan Kelly or any of the Stepford Wives who are featured on FOX NEWS...but I have to say...Thanks to Donald Trump and his surrogates...They are building a warm spot for her in my heart.

I am exhausted by this entire election...I for one can't wait until it's over...but I have to say..This has not been a boring or dull election cycle...No ,this will go down as one of the most entertaining election cycles in my life's history...Never have I laughed so much in my life....

Donald Trump and his surrogates have made this a laugh fest....Almost like watching a reality tv show...Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm..

Take Newt Gingrich the other night...
He once again made a fool out of himself...Remember when he questioned Hillary's health and fitness because she was seen coughing a lot and then he himself got I nto a coughing fit? Last night was equally laugh worthy...

Newt Gingrich, on FoxNews in his role as a Donald Trump surrogate, had questioned the stories of women who’ve come forward to accuse Trump of sexual assault — and the relative importance of the controversy itself, relative to Hillary Clinton’s alleged misdeeds.

Megan Kelly pushed back. “As a media story, we don’t get to say that 10 women are lying. We have to cover that story, sir,” said the Fox anchor.

“Sure. Okay,” Gingrich said. “So, so it’s worth 23 minutes of the three networks to cover that story, and Hillary Clinton had a secret speech in Brazil to a bank that pays her 225,000 [dollars], saying her dream is an open border where 600 million people could come to America — that’s not worth covering …”

“That is worth covering,” interjected Kelly. “And we did.”

Newt Gingrich was still speaking: “ … I mean, you want to go back through the tapes of your show recently, you are fascinated with sex, and you don’t care about public policy.”

Okay...I spit my drink out at this remark...I lost it...

At that point, Megan Kelly glanced up and past the camera, with the look of someone who wasn’t quite sure she’d heard what she thought she’d heard, and needed an instant replay on reality. (We know this look well.)

“Me? Really?” she said, laughing.

“Well, that’s what I get out of watching you tonight,” Gingrich said.
Cue crosstalk.

KELLY: “You know what, Mr. Speaker, I’m not fascinated by sex. But I am fascinated by the protection of women …”

GINGRICH: “Okay.”

KELLY: “ … and understanding what we’re getting in the Oval Office …”

GINGRICH: “Okay.”

KELLY: “ … and I think the American voters would like to know …”

GINGRICH:   “And, therefore, we’re going to send Bill Clinton back to the East Wing, because after all, you are worried about sexual predators.”

“Yeah, listen, it’s not about me,” Kelly said. “It’s about the women and men of America. And the poll numbers show us that the women of America, in particular, are very concerned about these allegations and, in large part, believe that they are a real issue. And don’t dismiss the women …”

Anddddddddddddddddddddddddddd: resume crosstalk.

GINGRICH: “You want to comment, you want to comment …”

KELLY: “ … don’t dismiss the women summarily.”

GINGRICH: “ … on whether the Clinton — do you want to comment on whether the Clinton ticket has a relationship to a sexual predator.”

KELLY: “We on The Kelly File’ have covered that story as well, sir. I will tell you, the polls …”

GINGRICH: “No, I just want to hear you use the words. I want to hear you use the words ‘Bill Clinton, sexual predator.’ I dare you." [At that point, Gingrich was smiling slightly. Kelly was not.] “Say ‘Bill Clinton, sexual predator. SAY IT!!!"

KELLY: “Mr. Speaker, we’ve covered — excuse me, sir …”

GINGRICH: “Disbarred by the Iowa, by the Arkansas bar.”

KELLY: “Excuse me. excuse me.”

GINGRICH: “Disbarred by the Arkansas bar. Eight hundred fifty thousand dollar penalty.”
KELLY: “ … excuse me, sir. We on ‘The Kelly File’ have covered the Clinton matter as well. We’ve hosted Kathleen Willey …”

GINGRICH: “Well, try saying it.”

KELLY: “ … we’ve covered the examples of him being accused as well, but he’s not on the ticket. And the polls also show that the American public is less interested …”

GINGRICH: “He’ll be in the, he’ll be in the East Wing.”

KELLY: “ … in the deeds of Hillary Clinton’s husband than they are in the deeds of the man who asks us to make him president, Donald Trump. We’re going to have to leave it at that, and you can take your anger issues and spend some time working on them, Mr. Speaker. Thanks for being here.”

GINGRICH: “And you, too.”

It wasn’t clear whether he was responding to the first half of Kelly’s farewell, or the second.

The more I watch the news..the more I keep asking myself...Is this really happening...Am I really seeing this?

Stay Tuned...November 8th,like Winter...Is coming.

Weekend Humor

Sean had been drinking at his local pub all day and most of the night.

Mick, the bartender says, "You'll not be drinking anymore tonight,
Sean".

Sean replies "OK Mick, I'll be on my way then."

Sean spins around on his stool and steps off. He falls flat on his face. "Sheeeet" he says and pulls himself up by the stool and dusts himself
off.

He takes a step towards the door and falls flat on his face. He looks to the doorway and thinks to himself that if he can just get to the door and get some fresh air he'll be fine. He belly crawls to the door and shimmies up the doorf rame. He sticks his head outside and takes a deep breath of fresh air, feels much better and takes a step out onto the sidewalk. He falls flat on his face.

"I'm fockin' focked," he says. He can see his house just a few doors down and crawls to the door and shimmies up the doorframe, opens the door and shimmies inside.

He takes a look up the stairs and says "No fockin' way". He crawls up the stairs to his bedroom door and says "I can make it to the bed." He takes a step into the room and falls flat on his face.He says "Fock it" and falls into bed.

The next morning, his wife, Mary, comes into the room carrying a cup of coffee and says, "Get up Sean. Did you have a bit to drink last night?

Sean says, "I did Mary. I was fockin' pissed. But how'd you know?"

"Mick called - You left your wheelchair at the pub!"she said.

Tumbling Dice

The Republican Party is in a state of free fall right now...And I must say it is very interesting to watch....I have never seen anything like this in my life....This will go down as the wildest election in history...and I hate to say it...Most entertaining.

The Republican Party tumbled toward anarchy Monday over its presidential nominee, as House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (Wis.) cut Donald Trump loose in an emergency maneuver to preserve the party’s endangered congressional majorities.

Paul Ryan’s announcement that he would no longer defend or campaign with Trump prompted biting condemnations from within his caucus and from Trump himself, who publicly lashed out at the speaker.

It was an extraordinary display of personal animus just four weeks before the election, destroying any semblance of party unity behind a nominee who many GOP leaders said they could no longer stomach because of his character traits and tawdry campaign tactics.

New national and battleground-state polls showed Trump sliding since Friday’s publication of a 2005 video of him bragging about sexual assault, putting Clinton in position for a possible electoral landslide. Clinton surged to an 11 percentage point lead nationally in an NBC News-Wall Street Journal poll conducted over the weekend.

“It’s every person for himself or herself right now,” former senator Judd Gregg (R-N.H.) said. “The nominee for president is so destructive to everyday Republicans.”

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus pledged complete fidelity to Trump in a conference call with RNC members and denied rumors that the national party was redirecting its resources to down-ballot races, according to a person on the call.

With Republicans at war amongst themselves, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton moved swiftly Monday to pry away moderate Republican-leaning voters who are turned off by Trump. Her campaign launched an advertising blitz featuring testimonials from ordinary Republicans explaining why they were voting for Clinton.

She is reaching out to voters that may well have supported Mitt Romney in 2012 and in a normal year might also be inclined to support the Republican nominee but are so troubled by Donald Trump they are open to supporting Hillary Clinton,” Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon said. He added that nasty personal attacks by Trump at Sunday’s second presidential debate in St. Louis “only helped us close the sale.”

Paul Ryan’s move, announced on a contentious conference call with House GOP members, was seen as a concession that Trump could no longer win the presidency and that the party must devote itself to retaining its majorities in the House and Senate.
Unlike Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) was rendered mute on the subject Monday. He told a business group in Kentucky that if they wanted to hear his thoughts on Trump, they “might as well go ahead and leave,” according to the Associated Press.

Still, there was no wave of defections Monday from Trump, who in an aggressive performance in Sunday night’s debate reassured the conservative base that he would be a relentless aggressor against the party’s shared enemies: Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton. Trump leveled a stream of harsh charges at Hillary Clinton during the event, claiming she attacked women who accused her husband of sexual abuse and promising to send the former secretary of state to jail if he is president.

“They’ve really raised the ante on Republicans who want to cut and run,” said former House speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.), a Trump ally. “How can you have watched that debate without knowing he won?” Really Newt....What Debate were you watching? What alternative world are you living in?

One important conservative who was enthused was Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, the vice-presidential nominee, who made clear Monday that he would be loyal soldier even as their campaign took a dark turn.

Campaigning in Charlotte, Pence said that he does not condone what Trump said in the 2005 video, but that as a man of faith “I believe in forgiveness.”

Trump, he added, “showed the American people what’s in his heart. He showed humility to the American people and then he fought back and turned the focus to the choice that we face, and I’m proud to stand with Donald Trump.” No surprise here...What is he supposed to say at this point?

But Democrats insisted that Trump’s lewd comments and description of predatory behavior in the video would haunt him for the remainder of the campaign. Oh you can bet your ass that it will.

“It’s not behind him,” said Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.). “No. I guarantee you. Women do not forget being talked about that way, because all women have had a man in their life who has been in a position of power that has treated them without respect.”

Many Republican elected officials felt paralyzed Monday, disgusted with Trump’s candidacy but afraid to withdraw their endorsements and feel the wrath of his supporters. The situation was most precarious for politicians in battleground states such as Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, who can save their seats only if they get votes from the most fervent Trump supporters as well as moderates uneasy about him.

Rep. Greg Walden (Ore.), chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, told House members on the conference call with Ryan that navigating the election was now like “landing an airplane in a hurricane,” according to a lawmaker on the call who spoke on the condition of anonymity to speak candidly.

Trump is exacerbating the tensions by rebuking any Republican who betrays him and using the party leadership as a foil. Trump tweeted on Sunday: “So many self-righteous hypocrites. Watch their poll numbers — and elections — go down!”

Trump’s high command is keeping track of Republicans who break from the nominee. As he climbed into a waiting SUV late Sunday in St. Louis with other Trump advisers, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani coolly said that Trump “will remember” who was with him and who was not — and vowed that the outsider candidate would win the White House irrespective of the party leaders’ wishes.

On Monday, Speaker Ryan was at the center of the GOP’s existential crisis. The norms and ideological orthodoxy that have shaped his career no longer define the party or provide him with the means of counterbalancing Trump. So instead of directly confronting Trump, Ryan sought a middle ground by personally backing away from Trump without rescinding his endorsement.

On the call, Speaker Ryan instructed fellow House Republicans to make their own calculations about Trump based on the politics of their districts. The speaker was challenged by at least a half-dozen members, from California to Ohio, who bristled at any attempt to distance the party from Trump, people on the call said.

He got huge pushback like I’ve never seen before from members from across the country just saying that was the wrong move — and even if it cost them the House,” said one lawmaker on the call, who, as others who were interviewed, spoke on the condition of anonymity to candidly describe the private discussion.

Late in the call, Ryan got back on the line to respond to the criticism by assuring his conference that he would not take back his endorsement, though that offered little assurance to the pro-Trump contingent.

Trump publicly chastised the speaker, tweeting, “Paul Ryan should spend more time on balancing the budget, jobs and illegal immigration and not waste his time on fighting Republican nominee.”

Rep. Charlie Dent (R-Pa.), who has called on Trump to step aside, vented his frustrations in an interview. “I for one am getting a little tired of being told that I have to fall in line and behave,” Dent said. “I’m not the one making all these outlandish and incendiary comments. People should stop screaming at the firefighters.”

Trump has done little to put the fire out. He and his campaign have fully committed to a final month of harsh combat by airing allegations of sexual assault by Bill Clinton.
Following Sunday’s debate, Omarosa Manigault, Trump’s African American outreach director, brought up Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky to reporters and accused the 42nd president and his wife of having “preyed on this intern” and “destroyed her as a human being.”

“This is not a couple you want in the White House,” Manigault said. “People say, ‘Oh, Hillary’s separate from her husband.’ But if you get Hillary in the White House, you also get Bill, and Lord have mercy on us if we have to go through four more years of that.”

This approach is galvanizing Trump’s grass-roots supporters. Steven Mnuchin, Trump’s national finance chairman, said the campaign received “a big surge” of small-dollar donations and positive feedback from the debate.

“I’m getting calls all day from people who want to come to the Vegas debate and want the excitement of what people expect will be another great debate,” Mnuchin said, referring to the Oct. 19 debate in Las Vegas.

On the stump Monday in Ambridge, Pa., Trump broadened the scope of his critique to taint the entire Democratic Party as sordid, recounting the late senator Edward M. Kennedy’s 1969 car crash that killed a 28-year-old woman on Chappaquiddick Island, Mass.

Trump’s blistering method is being orchestrated by Stephen K. Bannon, the campaign’s chief executive and former head of the acerbic conservative website Breitbart, who has become a near-omnipresent counselor at Trump’s side. He has urged Trump not to worry about any cleavage in party ranks and instead to target Clinton.

For her part, Clinton seized on Trump’s negativity as a way to taunt him and argue that he is unfit to be president.
“Donald Trump spent his time attacking when he should have been apologizing,” Hillary Clinton said in Detroit in reference to the debate. “Now, there are a lot of things he should apologize for, right?”

It sure is... The Dice is tumbling....and I'm just enjoying watching.

Round Two goes to Hillary But.....

When the second Presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald trump began I thought...This is going to get ugly real fast!

I wasn't wrong...It did...Indeed this was the most contentious and ugly of the two debates....With Trump being...well...Trump!

Hillary Clinton had more to work with in terms of negative hits on Donald Trump in this debate than she did the last time the candidates met earlier this month, but she did less with it than she did in the first debate. This debate was focused far more on Clinton than Trump -- particularly in the final hour or so. Hillary Clinton's answer on her email server was ahhhh and her Abraham Lincoln defense on her speeches to Wall Street was ridiculous. (Even I thought that that was funny!)

So, how is she a winner? Because Hillary Clinton went into this debate with massive momentum in the race -- much of it caused by Donald Trump's stumbles and mis-steps -- and she didn't make any sort of glaring error that would allow the Republican contestant  back into the contest. She was steady, knowledgeable and pleasant -- even in the face of some very personal attacks -- throughout. And she let Donald Trump talk which, as has been the case since he got into the race, is always his undoing.

This was actually a better debate than the first one...I couldn't honestly say who had the edge at the end of the night... but look, Donald Trump  was much more solid and energetic in this debate than in the previous one. He was able to drive messages on Clinton's email, the Clinton Foundation and Benghazi. He dealt with his hot mic tape in (relatively) short order. And he ad-libbed a terrific line after Clinton cited Lincoln to explain her impolitic comments in front of a Wall Street audience.

And yet, Donald Trump was -- wait for it -- his own worst enemy. His stunt of holding a pre-debate press conference with a handful of women allegedly assaulted by Bill Clinton flowed seamlessly into Trump's insistence from the debate stage that Hillary Clinton would be in jail if he was elected president -- and into his remarkable (and repeated) accusation that Clinton has "hate in her heart." Donald Trump won the debate among the Republican base who have longed for a candidate who would stand up to the Clintons without fear of reprisal. The problem for Donald Trump is that we know from polling that his base isn't nearly large enough to win an election.

Sooooo....Hillary didn't commit any errors, she stayed on point and Donald Trump did just enough not to embarrass himself....

Score- Hillary ...but just barely!

Protect Your Pussy

I guess all you needed was a clutch purse?

As we all Know...Donald Trump made some pretty lewd comments on a 2005 tape....People and in particular, the Republican Party is outraged, shocked and appalled....

Mr. Trump, then newly married to Ms. Trump, crassly boasted about groping women’s genitals, vulgarly commented on their bodies and generally described women as sex objects who could not resist his advances.

In his video statement released early Saturday, Mr. Trump said: “Anyone who knows me knows these words don’t reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong, and I apologize.”
“I pledge to be a better man tomorrow and will never, ever let you down,” he added, before ending the message with a promise to bring up the sex scandals of Bill Clinton’s presidency and Hillary Clinton’s response to them. Excuse me....Bill Clinton IS NOT RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT!

Inside Trump Tower, though, Mr. Trump’s defiant public responses belied the reality of a 24-hour period in which he was alternately angry and distressed, according to two people with direct knowledge of his behavior who were granted anonymity to discuss private conversations.

Mr. Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, initially expressed skepticism upon hearing word that such an audiotape existed, saying those comments did not sound like him. When Mr. Trump heard the tape played, he acknowledged it was him, but he believed the fallout would not be dramatic.

Mr. Pence, however,  was dismayed, and called into Trump headquarters on Friday night to urge Mr. Trump to apologize.

On Saturday morning, Mr. Pence called Mr. Trump and told him he had to handle the next 48 hours alone because he did not think he would be an effective surrogate.

Mr. Trump, after monitoring cable television coverage, realized he was becoming isolated by his party.
Mr. Trump’s aides did not explicitly ask top advisers and allies to do their usual defense of Mr. Trump’s comments, according to one person briefed on the discussions, but they did ask people to stand strong by his side. A few supporters did, including Ben Carson; the conservative radio host Laura Ingraham; and Robert and Rebekah Mercer, the wealthy father and daughter who are perhaps Mr. Trump’s most important backers, and who said in a statement that they considered the video “locker room braggadocio.”

They are the exceptions...Everybody else is jumping this sinking ship and withdrawing their support and asking for this vile man to step down....

Why?  Why Now?  Hasn't he been saying vile things throughout this campaign and years before that should have shocked outraged and appalled them?

I just don't understand the sheer volume of the outrage over Trump's latest comments......ARE YOU SURPRISED??? This is who this man has been telling you he is for close to 20 years...Why are people just now getting outraged and upset???...He is who you thought he was!

Or is it because.... this vile talk was about white women. The outrage has changed because of his target. African Americans...no response. Mexicans ....no response. Muslims....no response. White women....HE MUST BE STOPPED.

Such Hypocrisy....That's what is appalling to me...but not shocking....

Republicans...Some anyway , want to know why they are polling zero with African-Americans ,Latinos , women  and white males with more than a high school education...This is why...This is why right here..

II-
In all seriousness-Influential Republicans began to abandon Donald Trump by the dozens yesterday after the release of a video showing him speaking of women in vulgar sexual terms, delivering a punishing blow to his campaign and plunging the party into crisis a month before the election.
Fearing that his candidacy was on the verge of undermining the entire Republican ticket next month, a group of senators and House members withdrew support for him, with some demanding that he step aside. Mr. Trump, however, vowed to stay in the race.

The list of party figures publicly rejecting Mr. Trump included a host of prominent elected officials, perhaps most notably Senator John McCain of Arizona, the 2008 nominee.
“I thought it important I respect the fact that Donald Trump won a majority of the delegates by the rules our party set,” Mr. McCain said in a statement. “But Donald Trump’s behavior this week, concluding with the disclosure of his demeaning comments about women and his boasts about sexual assaults, make it impossible to continue to offer even conditional support for his candidacy.”
And in an unheard-of rebuke by a running mate, Gov. Mike Pence of Indiana, the Republican vice-presidential candidate, declined to appear on Mr. Trump’s behalf at a party gathering in Wisconsin and offered him something of an ultimatum on Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Pence said in a statement he was “offended by the words and actions described by Donald Trump” in the video, and cast Mr. Trump’s second debate with Hillary Clinton, on Sunday, as an urgent moment to turn around the campaign.

“I do not condone his remarks and cannot defend them,” Mr. Pence said, adding, “We pray for his family and look forward to the opportunity he has to show what is in his heart when he goes before the nation tomorrow night.”

By early evening, no fewer than 35 Republican members of Congress and governors who had not previously ruled out supporting Mr. Trump disavowed his candidacy, an unprecedented desertion by the institutional Republican Party of its own standard-bearer.

The growing wall of opposition recalled the determination of the party establishment this year to deny Mr. Trump the nomination in the first place.

But while he easily swatted away that effort to derail his candidacy, Mr. Trump now finds himself in a far more precarious state. Facing a more vast and diverse electorate, his underfunded and lightly organized campaign was already listing before the videotape was released.

Let's see if he can perform well enough tonight in the second debate to offset this....I seriously doubt this...

And any ladies standing in the corridor...Use those clutch bags....protect it...Donald might reach up under your skirt and yank your panties down!

You can't make this stuff up!!

I'm sitting back shaking my head as I read the news this past Friday...

And to think.. Somebody actually voted for these people!!! Somebody ,somewhere thought a lot of these guys would make a good Senator, a good congressman, a good representative...

Really?  Are you kidding me??

Hopefully in November, we won't just elect Hillary Clinton, but vote out of office, a lot of these silly people...

It's your duty as a sane American citizen to do so!
