I've...I wrote about being more on my fitness grind. I've always gone to the gym 4-5 days/week but I like to go to A LOT of happy hours. So the past weeks I still go to the gym but I have modified the way I eat. I eat 6 mini meals a day and lots of fruit/veggies/ 1 cup of coffee /day and water for the remainder of the day. I only drink one soda/week and that's on Sat. or Sun. or not at all! I also started buying organic chicken and grass fed beef it's a little more but I'm not eating all those steroids...lol! <BR/>Also go to Borders etc and this book called "Eat This Not That" I'm only halfway thru it and it's very helpful! It's all in color and pics so it's an easy read! Subscribe to Men's Health magazine. I really don't have much to worry about, but maintaining my health and weight is important to me. <BR/><BR/>Include broth based soups in your meal plan as they're filling and low calorie. I can send a few recipes your way if you'd like. <BR/><BR/>Not giving yourself a time limit is more productive and less stressful in achieving your goal.
