Number 40

Yesterday Republicans voted to repeal Obamacare for the 40th time!!! --Is it me or did you think that they and the entire nation had moved on from that by now?

Really? 40 times???

 The Republicans are reinforcing the impression that they're just not a serious governing party.

Most Americans are laughing at them, but the GOP apparently isn't in on the joke.
