There are of course a couple of problems with this joke... First, Ayn Rand is already dead, The vampire hunters dusted her in the fall of 2004. Second, Paul Ryan doesn't drink alcohol, he only drinks the tears of the poor.
And finally Rand Paul couldn't get into the bar because of the owner's "no pets" policy and the poodle he wears on his otherwise bald head. Still, pretty funny though...
