Weekend Humor
Susan and Robert, a pair of cheap skates if ever there was a pair, lived in the mid west, and had been married years. Robert had always want to go flying. The desire would deepen each time a barn stormer flew into town to offer rides. Robert would ask, and Susan would say, "No way, ten dollars is ten dollars."
The years went pay, and Robert figured he didn't have much longer, so he got Susan out to the show, explaining," It's free to watch, let's at least watch." And once he got there the feeling become real strong. Susan and Robert started an arguement.
The Pilot, between flights, overheard, listened to their problem, and said, "I'll tell you what, I'll take you up flying, and if you don't say a word the ride is on me, but if you make one sound, just one sound ,you pay me ten dollars."
So off they flew. The Pilot doing as many rolls, and dives as he could--heading to the ground as fast as the plane could go, and pulling out of the dive at just the very last second. Not a word. Finally he admited defeat and went back the airport.
"I'm surprised, why didn't you say anything?"he asked.
Robert smiled ,looked at the pilot and said-
"Well I almost said something when Susan fell out, but hell, ten dollars is ten dollars."

Lust and Loss (in the Ukraine)
You know it's a slow news day when I write a story like the one you are about to hear....Hey at least I'm not writing about Herman Cain? I can't even make this stuff up.
A former write-in candidate for Arizona governor traveled to Ukraine looking for love. He ended up hungry and sick in a homeless shelter — the victim of an Internet dating scam.
Social workers were stunned to find Cary Dolego, 53, sitting on a city street last Wednesday, behaving strangely and suffering from pneumonia. This guy is the same age as me...You would think that he would have been a little more world wise by now.
Cary Dolego, who ran for Arizona governor just last year, had traveled to Ukraine this spring to do research for an engineering project and look for a wife. He says he met a woman named Yulia online and, hoping to marry her, went to her hometown of Chernivtsi.
Thing is.....(drum roll please) She never showed up.
With nowhere to go and no money left, Cary Dolego spent days roaming the streets of Chernivtsi along with other homeless men until he was picked up by social workers and taken to a shelter. He spoke to The Associated Press by phone Wednesday from a hospital where he was being treated for pneumonia.
"I was looking for a Ukrainian mate, a partner, somebody who would stay with me, be my wife," Dolego said. "All the Slavic ladies in this part of the world are absolutely delightful." Que up Lookin for love in all the wrong places.
Social workers were shocked. Why?
"He looked bad — his clothes were dirty, he was dirty, he looked like a typical homeless man," said Anastasia Beridze of the Narodna Dopomoha (People's Help) charity.
A woman who acknowledges being Yulia says she had been unaware of Dolego's existence during the Internet fling.Uh huh...yeah!
The woman, who declined to give her last name out of fear of attracting publicity, said in an interview with the AP that someone had hacked into her account on an Internet dating site and had been communicating with Dolego on her behalf, charging Dolego for those e-mails.
The woman, who was contacted through a mobile phone number provided by Dolego, acknowledged that the account he'd been interacting with on the site was hers. She denied being part of any scam. "What happened is ugly," she said.
Yulia, a 29-year-old doctor by training, said that after she found out what happened to Dolego, she paid him a visit to express her sympathy.(Oh Really?)
"I went to the hospital and he started hugging me: ''Oh Yulia, oh Yulia!' I was shocked," she said.(Again...somebody is shocked.) "He thought we were getting married."(Okay..I'm going to stop laughing.)
Cary Dolego confirmed that she had visited him and he believes they could still be together.
"We seemed to hit it off," Dolego said. "She wants to continue with the relationship."
Yulia has a different take.(But, you knew she would, right?) "He is not really my type," she said.
Before his Ukrainian adventure, Cary Dolego, of Queen Creek, Arizona, says he was pursuing a bachelor's degree in organizational studies at the University of Arizona.
Passionate about engineering, he claims to have designed a "lifesaving" method to keep ships from sinking and aircraft from disintegrating during a crash. He says he sold his house, truck and motorbike and left for Ukraine to further study the method here.
But Mr. Dolego, a twice divorced father of three,(and you wonder why?) also had another goal — finding love with a beautiful East European woman.
After finding no support for his project in various Ukrainian cities and being evicted from a room he was renting, he said he boarded a train to Chernivtsi, hoping finally to meet his Yulia and settle down.
After he arrived, Yulia stopped answering his e-mails. With his U.S. bank account frozen and no means of supporting himself, he said, he became a homeless man. He was reduced to sleeping on the streets and seeking shelter at a local railway station, according to social workers.
"Things befall people that they cannot predict," Dolego said.(Don't they though?) "I will work through it."
Beridze said that besides being understandably worn out and ill after days of living on the streets, Dolego was exhibiting abnormal behavior. "He talks a lot and gestures a lot. He is acting strangely."
Beridze's group has contacted the U.S. Embassy in Kiev and is planning to buy Dolego a train ticket to Kiev, the capital, from where he could fly back to the United States. The U.S. Embassy declined to comment, citing the Privacy Act.
Yeah...They should keep this story as private as possible!

The Nuclear Option
I live in Philadelphia...Right now my Eagles Football team is a dismal 3-6...So in normal times..I'd be fading out NFL Football right about now and turning my full attention to the NBA...
Only problem is...I can't...We are in the middle of an NBA lockout..A strike that has already cost us the pre-season and now is threatening to cost us the entire NBA season.
Not cool!
I have avoided writing about this before because so much else has been going on..Herman Cain, his women, The Penn State sex scandal, which I still haven't written about..and oh, did I say ,Herman Cain and his women?
NBA players rejected the league's latest offer Monday and began disbanding the union, likely jeopardizing the season.
''We're prepared to file this antitrust action against the NBA,'' union executive director Billy Hunter said. ''That's the best situation where players can get their due process.''
And that's a tragedy as far as NBA Commissioner David Stern is concerned.
''It looks like the 2011-12 season is really in jeopardy,'' Stern said in an interview aired on ESPN. ''It's just a big charade. To do it now, the union is ratcheting up I guess to see if they can scare the NBA owners or something. That's not happening.''
Billy Hunter said players were not prepared to accept Stern's ultimatum to accept the current proposal or face a worse one, saying they thought it was ''extremely unfair.''
Stern had urged players to take the deal on the table, saying it's the best the NBA could offer and warned that decertification is not a winning strategy.
Last year, Stern said it would be risky for NBA players to decertify their union because it would not only put an end to the NBA players association, but also would nullify the labor contract.
''It's a nuclear option,'' Stern said at the time, ''but I'm not sure whether it isn't the nuclear option that falls on the party that launches it.''
Instead, players went a different route, believing that filing the disclaimer is much quicker that the decertification process and gives them a chance to win several billion dollars in triple damages.
''This is the best decision for the players,'' union president Derek Fisher said. ''I want to reiterate that point, that a lot of individual players have a lot of things personally at stake in terms of their careers and where they stand. And right now they feel it's important - we all feel it's important to all our players, not just the ones in this room, but our entire group - that we not only try to get a deal
''We're prepared to file this antitrust action against the NBA,'' union executive director Billy Hunter said. ''That's the best situation where players can get their due process.''
David Stern had urged players to take the deal on the table, saying it's the best the NBA could offer and warned that decertification is not a winning strategy.
Derek Fisher, flanked at a press conference by dozens of players including Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony, said the decision was unanimous.
Hunter said the NBPA was in the process of converting to a trade association and that all players will be represented in a class-action suit against the NBA by attorneys Jeffrey Kessler and David Boies - who were on opposite sides of the NFL labor dispute, Kessler working for the players, Boise for the league.
''The fact that the two biggest legal adversaries in the NFL players dispute over the NFL lockout both agree that the NBA lockout is now illegal and subject to triple damages speaks for itself,'' Kessler said in an email to The Associated Press. ''I am delighted to work together with David Boies on behalf of the NBA players.''
Stern was not impressed with his legal adversaries.
''Mr. Kessler got his way, and we're about to go into the nuclear winter of the NBA,'' he told ESPN. ''If I were a player ... I would be wondering what it is that Billy Hunter just did.''
Hunter said the NBPA's ''notice of disclaimer'' was filed with Stern's office about an hour before the news conference announcing the move.
Hunter said the bargaining process had ''completely broken down.'' Players and owners have been talking for some two years but couldn't reach a deal, with players feeling the league's desires to improve competitive balance would hurt their free agency options.
And beyond that, the owners' desire for a 50-50 split of basketball-related income, after players were guaranteed 57 percent under the old deal, meant players were shifting at least $280 million per year to the owners.
II-
''This deal could have been done. It should have been done,'' Hunter said. ''We've given and given and given, and they got to the place where they just reached for too much and the players decided to push back.''
Over the weekend, Stern said he would not cancel the season this week.
Regardless, damage has already been done, in many ways.
Financially, both sides have lost hundreds of millions because of the games missed and the countless more that will be wiped out before play resumes. Team employees are losing money, and in some cases, jobs And both the NBA and NBPA eventually must regain the loyalty of an angered fan base that wonders how the league reached this low point after such a strong 2010-11 season.
The proposal rejected by the players called for a 72-game season beginning Dec. 15.
On Sunday, the league made a very public push on the positives of the deal - hosting a 90-minute twitter chat to answer questions from players and fans, posting a YouTube video to explain the key points and sending a memo from Stern to players urging them to ''study our proposal carefully, and to accept it as a fair compromise of the issues between us.''
In the memo, posted on the league's website, Stern highlighted points of the deal and asked players to focus on the compromises the league made during negotiations, such as dropping its demands for a hard salary cap, non-guaranteed contracts and salary rollbacks.
Union officials repeatedly have said the system issues are perhaps more important to them than the split of basketball-related income, but owners say they need fundamental changes in both to allow for a chance to profit and to ensure more competitive balance throughout the league.
The previous CBA expired at the end of the day June 30. Despite a series of meetings in June, there was never much hope of a deal before that deadline, with owners wanting significant changes after saying they lost $300 million last season and hundreds of millions more in each year of the old agreement, which was ratified in 2005.
Owners wanted to keep more of the league's nearly $4 billion in basketball revenues. And they sought a system where even the smallest-market clubs could compete, believing the current system would always favor the teams who could spend the most.
The NBA's last work stoppage reduced the 1998-99 season to 50 games. Monday marked the 137th day of the lockout; the NFL lockout lasted 136 days.
Looks like it's going to be a longggggggggggggg winter!

Weekend Humor
Jahlil got off the elevator on the 50th floor and nervously knocked on his blind date's door. She opened it and was as beautiful and charming as everyone had said.
"I'll be ready in a few minutes," she said. "Why don't you play with Spot, my dog, while you're waiting?" He does wonderful tricks. He rolls over, shakes hands, sits up and if you make a hoop with your arms, he'll jump through."
The dog followed Jahlil onto the balcony and started rolling over. Jahlil made a hoop with his arms and Spot jumped through--over the balcony railing. Just then Jahlil's date walked out.
"Isn't Spot the cutest, happiest dog you've ever seen?"
"To tell the the truth, " he replied, "Spot seemed a little depressed to me!"
Have a great Weekend Everyone!

Girls, Girls,Girls.....
Am I going to be writing about Herman Cain and his women every week? This is the third post I've written in just a week about him and his alledged sexual impropriety!
One of my friends on Facebook joked that everytime he sees Herman Cain he feels like yelling -"WHERES ALL DE WHITE WOMEN?" I had to laugh.. Because up until the day before yesterday..I didn't know the race of his accusers..I assumed that they were like Cain, African-American...I don't know why..because they could have been Asian or Latin....That's what anonymous means...You don't know..But now we do know...
A woman has come out of the fog and given her name and shown her face and buddy...I wouldn't want to be Herman Cain right now...This is a fourth woman!!!
50 year old Sharon Bialek, who identified herself as a registered Republican and single mother from Chicago, accused Cain on Monday of making an unwanted advance after dinner in Washington in 1997 when she asked for help finding a job after being laid off by the National Restaurant Association, which Cain headed.
On Tuesday, she told ABC's "Good Morning America" program that she wants Cain to admit his alleged misdeeds and apologize at his press conference.
"I'm not a liar," said Bialek, who was flanked by her celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred.
She took issue with Cain's decision to joke about the controversy on TV: "I don't think there's anything funny about this subject and for him to do that is just deplorable.
"What I'd really like, it's not too late, that he can step forward and just end this," Bialek said. "End it by saying, 'I did some inappropriate things. It was a long time ago. I apologize.'"
Asked if she believed Cain was fit to be president, Bialek replied: "Not until he tells the truth."
Cain had said he was done answering questions about sexual harassment allegations against him after earlier reports that two other women lodged formal complaints against him when he headed the restaurant association. Another woman also said she was harassed but did not file a complaint. Sharon Bialek is the first accuser to go public.
While I don't think his count is as high as Tiger Woods, I do suggest that he apologize to anyone else who he even thinks he may have offended , including this woman and soon or his run for the Republican Presidential nomination will be a bigger joke than it already was.

R.I.P. Joe Frazier
1944-2011
I have just awakened to the tragic news that Boxing Great and Philadelphian, "Smokin" Joe Frazier has passed away. It was just this weekend that we learned that he was suffering from Liver Cancer and in hospice care....I was floored by that news....and now I hear that he has died.
I had the pleasure of actually meeting him about ten years ago...In a bar...He bought me and my friends drinks and laughed and talked with us...He was a real nice guy....Back in the 70's...I have to admit, I was an Ali fan during their classic three wars...but even then..I always had great respect for that man's left hook and that warrior heart of his....
He was once a heavyweight champion, and a great one at that.Muhammad Ali would say as much after Frazier knocked him down in the 15th round en route to becoming the first man to beat Muhammad Ali at Madison Square Garden in March 1971.
But he bore the burden of always being Ali's foil, and he paid the price. Bitter for years about the taunts his former nemesis once threw his way, Frazier only in recent times came to terms with what happened in the past and said he had forgiven Ali for everything he said.
Joe Frazier, who died Monday night after a brief battle with liver cancer at the age of 67, will forever be linked to Muhammad Ali. But no one in boxing would ever dream of anointing Ali as The Greatest unless he, too, was linked to Smokin' Joe.
''I will always remember Joe with respect and admiration,'' Ali said in a statement. ''My sympathy goes out to his family and loved ones.''
They fought three times, twice in the heart of New York City and once in the morning in a steamy arena in the Philippines. They went 41 rounds together, with neither giving an inch and both giving it their all. They nearly killed each other..but in those wars grew a grudging respect, I believe.
In their last fight in Manila in 1975, when I was 17 and still in high school they traded punches with a fervor that seemed unimaginable among heavyweights then and now. Joe Frazier gave almost as good as he got for 14 rounds, then had to be held back by trainer Eddie Futch as he tried to go out for the final round, unable to see.
''Closest thing to dying that I know of,'' Ali said afterward.
Muhammad Ali was as merciless with Frazier out of the ring as he was inside it. He called him a gorilla, and mocked him as an Uncle Tom. But he respected him as a fighter, especially after Frazier won a decision to defend his heavyweight title against the then-unbeaten Ali in a fight that was so big Frank Sinatra was shooting pictures at ringside and both fighters earned an astonishing $2.5 million. Unheard of until then for a prize fight.
The night at the Garden 40 years ago remained fresh in Joe Frazier's mind as he talked about his life, career and relationship with Ali a few months before he died.
''I can't go nowhere where it's not mentioned,'' he told The Associated Press. ''That was the greatest thing that ever happened in my life.''
Joe... We'll miss you...You were a true warrior! You can rest on your shield now~!

Keith's Music Spotlight
This song here, "Stay" is what I call real butter....This is a real soul song....A song that could stand with the best of the 60's and 70's....That's a huge statement to make..but in this case it's true.. The video reunites Tyrese and Taraji Henson from "Baby Boy", One of my favorite 90's movies.... Both Tyrese and Taraji have come a long way since then...So give a listen to "Stay"...One of my favorites..
