My Governor, Tom Corbett has proposed a budget in which several of the state's colleges and universities will have their budgets and funding cut...This means that they will have to raise tuition and it will be difficult for a lot of people , especially African American and Latino families to send their children to college.
It will be rough on Asians and Whites too....Everybody! I guess Governor Corbet doesn't realize that education creates people that can be gainfully employed and that can pay taxes and that won't go to jail, because they'll be too busy working. Governor Corbet doesn't realize that these educated people , who will be working and paying taxes will decrease the welfare lines and who knows , might spawn someone who might actually do something innovative for the state...for the nation...
But he doesn't realize that! He's brilliant isn't he? He and fat boy over in New Jersey....I didn't vote for him. I voted for his opponent...It's not on my hands...Did you vote? If you didn't...Then this and other brilliant acts by this man and people like him...Is on YOUR hands!

It's a sad state of affairs when the thing that can and will actually HELP the ecomony is the one this that is HURT by stupid politicians.
