A giant in the music world has fallen!

Richard Pierce "Richie" Havens was an American folk singer and guitarist. He is best known for his intense and rhythmic guitar style, soulful covers of pop and folk songs, and his opening performance at the 1969 Woodstock Festival. In all of the confusion and foolishness going on in the world...I momentarily forgot to pay homage to this American Treasure...Forgive me!

ART APPRECIATION 101

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is known around the world for housing great works on canvas. However, any native Philadelphian will tell you that is not the only place where you can find such treasures. Philly is also well-known for its spectacular mural art displays in various neighborhoods all over the city. A mural is any piece of artwork on a wall, ceiling, or other large permanent surface. The name Keith \ke(i)-th\ is pronounced keeth. It is of Scottish and Gaelic origin, and its meaning is "woodland, forest". It is the family name of hereditary earls marshals of Scotland from the 11th century. If this is your name, you have a very aggressive and independent spirit.
