HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGELA DAVIS!

Revolutionary symbol of my youth...No she doesn't look like this now...This photo was taken when she was 28 in 1972...She's 68 now....but I'm glad she's still amongst us and glad for the struggle she participated in!
Happy Birthday Angela! Power to the people!

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is known around the world for housing great works on canvas. However, any native Philadelphian will tell you that is not the only place where you can find such treasures. Philly is also well-known for its spectacular mural art displays in various neighborhoods all over the city. A mural is any piece of artwork on a wall, ceiling, or other large permanent surface.
